How to claim product ? / Product claiming process
1. Contact us via inbox Facebook : uni Thailand
Due to the product claim policy, we accept products that were purchased in Thailand and defected from the manufacturer only.
2. Our staff will inquire and check initially whether in the case the customer can make a claim or not.
- If can, our staff will send you a form to fill in the information.
- If cannot, our staff will inform you a result back
3. After confirmation, Please kindly fill the form.
4. Send the defective product to the address below

5. Send receipt photo for refund the deliery fee.
6. After our staff receive and investigate defective product, we will inform the result back.
*The claim process might take about 7-30 days, depended on a case.*

- Please send by Thailand post office as a normal registered Mail (in Envelope) only.
In case of customer uses another delivery service company, our company will refund as a Thailand post office envelope register fee. Sorry for your inconvinience.” - The delivery fee of sending a defective product will be refunded as a Thailand post office normal registered mail in envelope (18THB).
- As Privacy policy, customer’s personal information will be used for the product claims process only.
